U.S. Senator John Cornyn visited Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center (CBBIC) with his wife Sandy on May 28, 2013. Cornyn saw demonstrations of products and services of Arana Water Technologies, Ergo-Voice, Protein Ionization, Hydro Enviro Clean, InnerGeo, and other clients of the CBBIC. He discussed with the entrepreneurs the orientation and application of their products and services.
Cornyn highlighted CBBIC’s promotion of entrepreneurship, job creation, green energy, and environmental protection. “This is where the engine of job growth begins,” said Cornyn. He pointed out that entrepreneurs are risk-takers who develop technology and create job opportunities that are significantly contributive to the state’s economy.
The CBBIC appreciates the Senator taking time out his business schedule to meet with our clients and to tour our facility.
