Innovation Center’s Superior Service Knows No Bounds

May 8, 2015

Sebastian Garzon, the Innovation Center’s Business Coordinator, traveled to Michigan to become certified in the Wendy Kennedy Inc. (WKI) Pre-Incubation program.

According to the Wendy Kennedy website, "The WKI Pre-Incubation Program is a practical, hands-on process to help pre-venture founders transform their ideas into successful business opportunities."

At the Innovation Center, Garzon will be able to replicate the skills he learned through the WKI model when working with clients. The tools and communication strategies learned through this program will help define clearer goals for clients at the Center.

"The WKI certification will allow me to play a more active role in coaching our clients. My time in Michigan taught me visual tools that I can utilize to help entrepreneurs develop their thoughts and help them pinpoint commercial opportunities for their ideas," stated Garzon.
